Weight Loss Management
Initial Consultation -$75
Weight loss management
NP Anderson will take a comprehensive approach to meet the needs of her clients on an individual basis. Her goal is to help each client reach a healthy weight goal that will resolve weight related illness and establish a state of health and well-being.

$75 for one hour Initial health assessment
Initial assessment/consult allows the nurse practitioner to gather medical history/data, life style, and dietary/physical history.
​
Together we will develop a plan to achieve a weight goal based on the client individual need.
A 90-day subscription is required to achieve a reasonable weight loss goal to improve your health. If you are making progress you can continue subscription until goals are met completely.

Pharmacological Treatment & Behavioral Nutrition Coaching

FDA-Approved weight loss prescription medication to decrease hunger, relieve cravings and reduce the urge to binge eat while promoting the sensation of fullness.

Pharmacological Weight Loss Management/ Maintenance
$75
Medication weight loss management services-this includes FDA-Approved weight loss prescription medication to decrease hunger, relieve cravings and reduce the urge to binge eat while promoting the sensation of fullness.

Clients must be be evaluated bi-monthly to continue weight loss medication management. This also includes a meal plan monthly in addition to medication management.

Clients undergo diagnostic laboratory testing before medications are prescribed. If insured, client’s insurance can cover diagnostic evaluation.
​
This option is only for existing self-pay clients that transition to maintenance.

Semaglutide Weight Loss Injections
​
Semaglutide belongs to a class of medications known as Glucagon-like
peptide (GLP.) The hormone GLP interacts with the parts of the brain
that suppress your appetite and signals you to feel full.
When it is used in conjunction with diet and exercise. It can cause a
significant weight loss and reduced risk of cancer, diabetes, and heart
disease-in people who are overweight or obese.

NUMETRA MEAL REPLACMENTS FOR WEIGHT LOSS MANAGMENT
Numetra meal replacement products is a unique blend of macronutrients with varied rates of digestion plus essentials to support healthy weight management.

The product will be provided as a meal plan to support your weight loss treatment.
Products are sold separately from the above services.
